About
Pittsburgh International Race Complex offers three track configurations. The North track configuration is 1.6 miles and the South track covers 1.2 miles. The full course is 2.78 miles in length and combines both the North and South track. All tracks feature significant elevation change throughout and were designed to follow the natural terrain.

Hello Guests and Coaches of HOD Northeast,
Welcome to Hooked on Driving’s year two at Pitt Race! Please read this email carefully, as it contains important logistic information for a glorious two days of driving. The tentative daily run group schedule is attached below and posted on our website; the finalized schedule will be provided at check-in. Garage rentals are handled directly with the track, please contact the main office and speak to Brenda for garage rental.

For those of you towing, trailer drop off is allowed after 6:00 pm on Friday, and anyone wishing to camp overnight is welcome to! We have arranged group camping, no one should be charged by for camping (Electric hookups are handled by the track directly).
- Group A (Novice) and Solo Drivers will have separate check-in lines
- Coaches, you will check in directly with Ken (please do so promptly on arrival before 7:30 am)
- Registration and check in is at timing and scoring building, that is the building between 1a and 1b on the attached map (by start/finish line on 2nd map)
Important Times:
- Gates are open from Friday 6 pm throughout the event
- 7:00 am to 7:55 am – Registration
. (Helmet Rentals after the drivers meeting)
- 7:30 am – Coaches Meeting (Garage Bay 8)
- 8:05 am – Mandatory Drivers Meeting (outside timing and scoring bldg.)
Please Remember to:
- Arrive fueled up (both you AND your car; fuel is available at the track)
- Please go over your tech checklist to make sure your car is ready for a day at the track. Your car should be checked prior to every event. Tires, Brakes, Brake Fluid, etc. Click here for a basic list of the minimum you should be checking.

- Wear long pants and closed-toed shoes; short-sleeved shirts are OK, but no tank tops!
- Bring a minimum of Snell SA2010helmet if you do not have one reserved (Snell M motorcycle helmets are not acceptable for on-track use, and SA2005 are EXPIRED!) Please Email Mona@hookedondriving.com if you need to reserve a helmet. Please use this sizing chart. https://bellracing.com/helmet-sizing
We cannot provide coffee and snacks due to covid-19 guidelines but we will be allowed to provide bottled water to keep you hydrated and alert throughout the day.
Lunch is included as part of your registration. Any additional guests may purchase lunch directly at the track.
Please do not lose your lunch ticket.
- Replacements tickets will NOT be issued.
Lunch will be served trackside by Daves BBQ.
Lastly, for those of you in the A-Novice group, please arrive with a SOLID understanding of motorsports flags. Familiarization will make your day far more enjoyable! A link to a quick video guide can be found at the links below:
