Welcome to our Post NASCAR event at the Glen.

Please read this email carefully; it contains essential logistics for a wonderful two days of driving.
A few things have changed due to NYS Covid-19 guidelines as given to us by WGI.
- Face coverings are to be worn at indoor gatherings.
- Lunch is included for all registered drivers, please have your lunch tickets when you pick up lunch. Extra lunches can be purchased directly at the concession stand.
- Check-in will start at the Registration Building at Gate 4a at the top of the hill on Rte. 16 next to lot 3 on Tuesday evening. Check-in hours on Tuesday are 5 pm to 8 pm and on Wednesday Morning from 6 am to 8:00 am. Anytime before or after those times WGI Check-in will be at the Gate 2.
- PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO ALLOW FOR THE TIME NEEDED FOR THE CHECK-IN PROCEDURES PUT IN PLACE BY WGI
- Guests are not allowed. If anyone is coming with you, they must be listed as crew in advance. (Use the survey link above to add anyone attending with you as support/crew. The deadline to add anyone is Monday, August 10th at 4 pm). Please email or call Mona@hookedondriving.com with any questions.
- Family members are not allowed to attend just to spectate. If you have a family member coming, they are part of your essential crew, so please make sure to list them in the survey linked above. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted into the facility. This is a Watkins Glen Rule. Please contact the track directly for under 18 policy.
- The event page will be updated with any last-minute changes. Please check the event page and the event details link for the latest information.
- If you have reserved a garage, you will be given your garage spot when you check in.

Early trailer drop of Tuesday starting 6 pm. Registration with WGI for their covid release begins at 5:00 pm on Tuesday at gate 4a; you will be able to enter the facility at 6 pm. (that is the gate at the top of the hill on rte 16 next to parking lot 3)
Overnight camping is permitted, electric hookups are handled directly with the track when you arrive.
- 6:00 pm – Gate opens on Tuesday, open for the duration of our event. 6:00 am – 8:00 am – WGI. Covid Check-in at the Registration Building at Gate 4a next to parking lot 3 on Wednesday, prior or after those hours go to gate 2.
- 8:30 am – First cars on track. See the tentative schedule below for your meeting times.
- Lunch is served from 11:30 am-1:30 pm (included for registered drivers.)
Please remember if you have anyone attending with you, they must be listed via the survey linked at the top of this email. NO ONE will be allowed into the facility that is not on the crew list. This is a Watkins Glen rule!
Non-driving attendees can purchase lunch at the track.
PLEASE REMEMBER:
- Arrive fueled up (both you AND your car. Fuel is available at the track)
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes; short-sleeved shirts are OK, but no tank tops!
- Bring minimum Snell SA2010 helmet if you do not have one reserved (Snell M motorcycle helmets are not acceptable for on-track use, and SA2005 are EXPIRED!) Please Email Mona@hookedondriving.com if you need to reserve a helmet.
